We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the Middle East region and beyond. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, revenue growth and market expansion across the Middle East markets by leveraging email campaigns, website content, digital tactics, social media channels, and other outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement strategies to position the ATD brand effectively for diverse global audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional market needs.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to global audiences, outlining key strategies, objectives, and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Design and develop digital campaigns through multiple social channels focused on lead generation, audience growth, and data capture
  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and other digital tactics to promote ATD products, services, and initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and drive ROI.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience for global audiences.
  • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with international markets.
  • Partner with digital and social media teams to create and implement strategies that engage global audiences and promote ATD offerings effectively.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage Middle East clients, corporate delegations, and regional partners.
  • Utilize tracking systems to evaluate lead quality and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams, regional offices, and external partners to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure seamless execution of global marketing initiatives.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • 5+ year proven experience in marketing in the Middle East region, with a focus on global events, training programs or other related fields
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, website content management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, particularly for international audiences and corporate delegations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of market behavior to develop and adapt strategies based on market dynamics and trends, ensuring effective positioning and growth
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Must be residing in, and prepared to report in-person within the UAE Region
