Prestige One Developments are looking to hire a Marketing Manager! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a vast understanding of performance/digital marketing and can manage a digital marketing agency.
Salary between 35-40k AED
The ideal candidate must:
- Have UAE real estate marketing experience
- Understand social media, brand and brand awareness
- Have strong management skills and be able to make sure everyone on the team is aligned toward the same tangible goal
- Create and assign KPIs for current and future marketing team activities
- Provide data/visibility to the performance marketing team and assess their results accordingly
- Measure marketing spend more effectively across the entire funnel and improve current CAC accordingly Instill a growth / scientific approach to new activities and teams
- Hire, shape and develop our growing marketing team
- Evaluate, establish, and apply best practices for growth marketing across paid/performance marketing, SEO, ASO, CRM/Email marketing, data and marketing analytics, conversion optimization, partnerships and more
- Responsible for all team budgeting requirements, ROI targets and other KPIs (e.g. growth, CPL, CPA)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Contribute to product growth experiments
- Ensure our brand identity and integrated messaging is confident and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Align with the founding team and team members on growth priorities
- Lead go-to-market plans, local hiring and marketing strategies
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
