Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing programs and drive channel marketing success. A key part of this role includes managing Market Development Funds (MDFs) — planning, executing, and claiming co-marketing activities in collaboration with partners and vendors. This is a cross-functional role that involves tight coordination between internal stakeholders, partners, and finance teams to ensure high-impact marketing execution and fund optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing programs, including digital campaigns, events, content syndication, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
- Manage MDF lifecycle: submit proposals, ensure compliance with vendor/co-marketing guidelines, track expenses, and coordinate claims and reporting.
- Collaborate with partner marketing, sales, and finance teams to align on MDF utilization and maximize ROI.
- Develop marketing calendars and co-branded assets in alignment with partner and vendor guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the performance of MDF-funded activities, ensuring timely documentation, proof of execution, and claim submissions.
- Track budgets and optimize spend for all marketing programs, ensuring accountability and accurate forecasting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes for partner marketing operations.
- Maintain detailed program documentation, performance metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B or channel marketing, program management, or partner marketing.
- Proven experience managing MDFs, vendor programs, or co-branded marketing initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of MDF processes, vendor funding guidelines, and co-marketing best practices.
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong budget management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
