Master Planning Lead

Meinhardt Group is currently seeking a highly experienced and visionary Master Planning Lead to join their team in Dubai. This senior leadership role is focused on delivering large-scale, innovative, and sustainable master planning projects across the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will lead complex developments from concept design through to detailed design, while guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead master planning projects from initial concept stage through detailed design delivery
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
• Oversee planning approvals and liaise with government authorities and key stakeholders
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to winning new projects
• Mentor design teams and actively contribute to studio leadership and culture development
• Integrate modern AI-driven tools and digital workflows into planning processes
• Ensure design solutions align with sustainability, innovation, and urban development goals

Requirements:
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in master planning or urban design
• Strong professional experience across UAE, KSA, and broader Middle East region
• Proven track record in leading large-scale and complex development projects
• In-depth knowledge of planning regulations, approvals, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong background in sustainability, public realm design, and landscape-led planning
• Professional memberships such as CMLI or ASLA will be considered an advantage
