Master Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with hands-on experience across multiple car brands to join our dynamic team. The technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnostics, and intermediate repairs with a strong emphasis on safety, service quality, and precision. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both conventional and hybrid vehicle systems and capable of delivering efficient service across a diverse range of models.

Key Responsibilities:

· Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across multiple car brands and models. (German, European, American, Italian and Asian Cars)

· Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as, Xentry C4 and C5, VVDI, ISTA PLUS, AUTO HEX, ODIS, PIWS, MAXIS PRO and PATHFINDER and programming knowledge on ECM, TCM and other control units

· Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests and repairs on engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.

· Interpret technical manuals and schematics effectively.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

· Apply in-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and electronic systems, to diagnose and repair problems accurately.

· Perform necessary repairs and maintenance based on diagnostic findings, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

· Communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers clearly and professionally, providing expert advice and explanations as needed.

· Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities in the service management system.

· Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient service delivery.

· Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic tools, and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.

· Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles post-repair to ensure all issues have been resolved and the vehicle meets safety and performance standards.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical Certification in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics for multiple car brands.

· ASE certification or equivalent preferred; manufacturer-specific certifications a plus.

· Proficiency in advanced diagnostic tools and software.
