Nova Nannies are seeking a mature, highly experienced rota nanny to support first-time parents with their newborn baby, due August 2025, in Jumeirah, Dubai. This long term position offers nannies the option of Live in or Out and discussed at interview stage.

This is a maternity-focused role, ideal for a professional with extensive newborn and early infant care experience. The family values respectful, nurturing care and is looking for someone who can provide guidance, reassurance, and practical support through the early months.

📌 Role Details

• Start Date: August 2025

• Location: Jumeirah, Dubai (live-in during rota period)

• Rota Pattern: Flexible — either 1 month on / 1 month off OR 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (based on nanny preference)

• Languages: Russian-speaking a bonus; English-speaking essential

• Salary: From $60,000 USD per annum (tax-free), negotiable based on experience and rota pattern

🌼 Key Responsibilities

• Providing full newborn care, including feeding, sleep routines, hygiene, and developmental support

• Assisting parents in building confidence and establishing gentle routines

• Monitoring and supporting the baby’s milestones and well-being

• Maintaining a clean, safe nursery environment

• Packing and preparing for travel if required (occasional travel possible)

• Confident in supporting first-time parents

• Calm, professional, and discreet

• Fluent in English (essential); good Russian a bonus

• Formal maternity nurse or newborn care qualifications preferred (e.g. Norland, MNT, or equivalent)

• Up-to-date paediatric first aid
