Mechanical Site Engineer

Qualification
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering...

Previous experience in commercial and residential construction for minimum 3-4 years
Responsibilities
1. Take off quantity required in site prior to starting of work.

2.Execute the HVAC, Plumbing services on site in coordination with the consultant, client and site engineers and managers in accordance with the design drawings adhering to the specifications as per approved by Regulatory Body, Client, and Consultant.

3. To ensure quality execution and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage & Firefighting, Installation, Testing, etc

4. Manage office-based teams through work assigned and other necessary tools, coordinate and monitor progress of work to ensure timely progress of assigned tasks.

5.Create and/or verify created equipment lists, material work orders and design parameters of ductwork and other mechanical component works.

6.Check and Sign D.O, Material Return Form, and other documentation to ensure delivery and return of products are handled as per standards.

7.Attend Client, Consultant meetings and note down required points for our work and raise the issues to the client or consultant as required.

8.To closely monitor drawing / material / work conformances as per the regulations

. Co ordinate with Senior Engineer in site changes.

1. AutoCAD, Hap, Microsoft Office Professional
