Media Sales Lead

A fast-growing UAE-based platform that connects brands with influencers and content creators is currently seeking an experienced Media Sales Lead to join its Dubai team. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape and a proven ability to build high-value brand partnerships.

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing advertiser relationships, and delivering customized media and influencer marketing solutions to clients.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement effective media sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with brands, advertisers, and strategic partners
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups
• Pitch tailored media and influencer marketing solutions based on client needs
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of campaigns

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–4 years of UAE work experience
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Media Sales
• Strong understanding of digital media, advertising, and influencer marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
