Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Intimate and process medical claims with TPAs/insurers.
* Review policy coverage and provide guidance to clients.
* Collect, verify, and organize all claim-related documentation.
* Coordinate with TPAs, insurance providers, hospitals, and clients.
* Monitor claim status, follow up on approvals and payments.
* Escalate unresolved issues and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of health insurance and TPA procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication in English (written & spoken); Hindi is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office and digital record-keeping tools.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
