The Medical Coder will play a key role in supporting clinical and administrative teams by ensuring medical records are coded accurately and efficiently, in line with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate diagnostic and procedural codes
• Ensure coding practices comply with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in medical documentation and coding data
• Support healthcare teams by providing timely and compliant coding services
• Communicate effectively with internal departments when clarification is required
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive medical information
