Medical Compliance Officer

A well-established healthcare insurance and compliance-focused organization in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a skilled Medical Compliance Officer to join its Compliance Department. The role requires an experienced professional who can ensure full adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks within a regulated insurance environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in UAE healthcare compliance, internal audits, and regulatory reporting. This is an immediate joining opportunity for someone who can work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and high professional standards.

The selected individual will play a key role in strengthening compliance operations, supporting audits, and ensuring continuous alignment with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and operational standards

• Manage regulatory compliance processes and maintain accurate documentation and records

• Conduct internal compliance reviews and support audit activities across departments

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure policy adherence and risk mitigation strategies

• Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management

• Assist in developing, updating, and improving compliance policies and procedures

• Maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of compliance experience within a UAE health insurance company

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management

• Experience in regulatory compliance monitoring and internal audit processes

• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills

• Arabic and English language proficiency is mandatory

• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
