Medical Representative

Phoenix Medicines L.L.C. is currently seeking a Medical Representative to join its growing General Surgery division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling surgical products across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in a competitive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market a comprehensive surgical product portfolio to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, medical staff, and procurement officers.

• Conduct product demonstrations, educational training sessions, and presentations for healthcare providers.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Achieve assigned sales targets, manage the territory effectively, and maintain accurate records using reporting tools.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related medical field.

• 2–3 years of experience in a Medical Representative role, preferably in the surgical or hospital product segment.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in launching new products in hospitals is a significant advantage.

• Must be willing to travel within the UAE to cover multiple territories.

• Preferred availability: Immediate joining.
