Proxy Medicals is hiring a Medical Representative to join their team in Dubai, specializing in Orthopedic products. This full-time role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and promoting orthopedic products to ensure company sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and demonstrate the features and benefits of orthopedic products.

• Sales Execution: Attend surgeries, assist with product demonstrations, and work with the purchasing team to close sales deals.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of prior experience in medical sales, preferably in orthopedic surgery. Maximum of 5 years of experience is required.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Medicine, or Business.

• Location: Candidates must be residents of the United Arab Emirates.

• Other Requirements: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
