NXTL Services is assisting a healthcare client based in Dubai to hire a dedicated and results-driven Medical Representative. This full-time, field-based role involves promoting and selling a portfolio of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, supplements, and medical devices to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.

The Medical Representative will be responsible for developing strong relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals to effectively communicate product benefits, conduct detailed product presentations, and achieve targeted sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail the client’s product range to healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.

• Drive sales targets by conducting persuasive product presentations and educating healthcare providers about product benefits.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers to support ongoing sales growth.

• Manage and plan field visits efficiently within the assigned geographic territory.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet clients and prospects.
