Medical Sales Representative

Description:

Oriana Specialty Hospital in Sharjah is looking for a “Medical Sales Representative” with experience in healthcare and / or Aesthetic and Dermatology services to join our team on a full-time basis.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling hospital services to both government and private sectors and building relationship with community doctors and healthcare professionals.

Oriana Specialty Hospital is part of "Pullman Sharjah Hotel" complex, which provides five star services in the fields of aesthetic and plastic surgeries to our local and international clients.

Responsibilities:

· Promote Hospital's products, services & increase product sales and awareness.

· Present hospital products and services to clients.

· Identify and establish new business opportunities.

· Organizing appointments and meetings with community Doctors, healthcare professionals, governmental and private accounts, identifying and establishing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.

· Undertaking relevant researches and maintaining detailed records.

· Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

· After sales / services follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Achieve monthly sales targets for medical and nonmedical accounts set by the Management.

· Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Beauty Therapist or Aesthetic Dentist or other related medical fields.

· Strong leadership and team collaborative skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationship with clients.

· Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques.

· Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
