Description:

This full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is for a MEP Supervisor. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at the construction sites. Key daily tasks include supervising site activities, conducting site inspections, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and managing quality control. The role also includes preparing progress reports, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to the site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Supervision and Site Inspections
• Knowledge in Building Maintenance and Plumbing
• Skills in Facility Management (FM)
• A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in MEP roles within the construction industry is an advantage
