Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong background in modular construction. As an MEP Supervisor specializing in modular construction, you will oversee the installation, coordination, and management of all MEP systems within our modular projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in modular construction projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to review plans, ensure feasibility, and suggest modifications for optimized MEP integration in modular structures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure MEP systems meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for MEP installations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
- Oversee compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to MEP systems.
- Document project progress, manage reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding MEP aspects of the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on modular construction.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints related to MEP systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to MEP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
