Mep Technician Fitout Residential

Description:

EFC Fitout Contracting LLC is expanding its site team and is looking for a skilled MEP Technician with strong experience in interior fit-out projects mainly for residential.

🔧 Role Focus (Fit-Out Only – Not Maintenance):
• Execution of MEP works for interior fit-out projects
• Installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and basic electrical works
• Coordination with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Reading and executing drawings, layouts, and shop drawings
• Ensuring works comply with project specifications and authority requirements
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and snag clearance

🎯 Requirements:
• Proven experience in fit-out MEP works (mandatory)
• Strong site execution and coordination skills
• Ability to work under tight project timelines
• UAE experience is a must
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
