Mid-senior Accountant

Description:

TRC PAMCO is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping within a professional business environment.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial records accurately, prepare reports, and support the company’s overall financial management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
• Prepare financial statements and ensure timely reporting
• Develop and manage cash flow statements for financial planning
• Handle daily accounting operations and reconciliations
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
• Support VAT compliance and assist in VAT return filing
• Work extensively on accounting software, especially Tally
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial records

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in maintaining books of accounts
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience in cash flow management and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software is required
• Basic understanding of VAT laws and return filing procedures
• Ability to prepare MIS reports accurately and on time
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
