We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Mobility Consultant to join our team in Dubai.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored mobility solutions that create real value for our clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in B2B sales within technology, mobility, or transportation, and a proven ability to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across small to mid-market accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Develop and deliver tailored mobility solutions in collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing)
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Leverage data-driven insights to manage pipeline, track performance, and forecast revenue accurately
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position Swvl’s value proposition
- Provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders to support continuous product and service improvement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within tech-enabled services, SaaS, or transportation
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel within Dubai and surrounding regions as needed
- Based in Dubai (or nearby) with a solid understanding of the local market landscape
