Montessori Classroom Teacher

At Revere Montessori, we are looking for a dedicated Montessori Class Teacher to join our passionate team. This role is an opportunity to be part of a nurturing, respectful, and child-centered learning environment grounded in authentic Montessori principles.

Working in close collaboration with the Lead Teacher, the Class Teacher plays a key role in supporting each child’s development, maintaining the prepared environment, and contributing to a calm and purposeful classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s independence and development through purposeful engagement
• Engage the child with re-presentations and reinforce classroom functioning
• Observe and document children’s progress
• Maintain and prepare materials in line with Montessori principles
• Engage in planning meetings and contribute to a positive team culture
• Ensure safety, uphold safeguarding protocols, and support open parent communication

Requirements

• AMI Diploma (3–6)
• A respectful, calm, and nurturing presence
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy
• Commitment to holistic education and inclusive practices
