Montessori Elementary Guide

Description:

We’re a small, child-centered community that values curiosity, independence, and the joy of learning. As our lead guide, you’ll help create a nurturing environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally in line with Montessori principles.

What we’re looking for:

- Montessori Elementary (6–12) certification from a recognized training body (AMI, AMS, or equivalent)

- At least 2 years of experience in a Montessori elementary classroom

- A warm, respectful, and collaborative approach to working with children and families

- Strong classroom management and organizational skills

- Excellent spoken and written English
