Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best-fit UAE mortgage solutions (resale & handover)
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process from lead generation to disbursement
• Coordinate with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide a professional, transparent, and client-first advisory experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE Mortgage sales experience
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing
• Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused
• UAE driving license - Mandatory
