Mortgage Consultant

At Grapevine Mortgages we're looking for motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Mortgage Consultants.

Your Role:

• Main – collaborate with other large scale brokerage houses to offer products from banks not enlisted on the company’s panel
• Liaise with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to negotiate terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
• New business generation
• Assess client financial profiles and structure appropriate financing solutions
• Manage the full mortgage application process, including documentation and compliance
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products from UAE banks and lenders
• Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage application
• Keep up to date with UAE mortgage regulations, interest rates, and market conditions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mortgage broker in the UAE, with a clear and verifiable track record of closed deals.
• Strong existing relationships with UAE banks and lending institution
• Deep knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations, and approval processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Valid UAE residency and right to work
