Mortgage Credit Underwriter

SettleIn Mortgages is expanding! We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Mortgage Credit Underwriter to join our fast-growing team.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Assess mortgage applications & analyze client financials
• Review income docs, bank statements, liabilities & credit reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE lending rules (CBUAE, AML/KYC)
• Prepare credit assessments and recommend approvals/declines
• Work closely with advisors and partner banks
• Maintain fast turnaround times

🔹 What You Bring

• 1–2 years’ experience in mortgage underwriting or credit analysis (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage policies & DBR rules
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with salaried & self-employed client assessments
