Role Overview
As a Mortgage Specialist, you will work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to process mortgage applications efficiently, ensure accuracy, and deliver exceptional service from pre-approval to closing.

Responsibilities
-Assist clients in understanding mortgage options and guide them through the application process
-Liaise with banks, underwriters, and third-party providers to ensure smooth and timely processing
-Prepare and review documentation to meet lender and compliance requirements
-Maintain pipeline updates and communicate progress to clients and loan officers
-Support the team in achieving monthly performance and service targets

Requirements
-2–4 years of experience in mortgages or financial services
-In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and lender guidelines
-Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented

Salary: 11,000 AED/month + performance bonuses + benefits
