Motion Graphics & 3d Animator

OmniVAI is an AI-native creative company based in Dubai. We're looking for someone who animates in both 2D and 3D to join us on-site and own the motion side of our product and marketing work.

What you'll do

• Produce 3D animation end to end — model, light, texture, rig where needed, animate, render and comp

• Animate the brand's 3D character across product and marketing pieces

• Design and animate short-form videos that explain how our product works — clean UI motion, callouts, kinetic type, transitions

• Blend 3D and 2D motion into one finished piece

• Build and maintain a reusable template system so everything we put out shares one visual language and scales fast

• Take a feature from storyboard to final export: script beats, screen capture, animation, sound

• Work closely with the design and product team, and stay inside the brand system

• Handle light sound design, music selection and mixing

• Deliver in the formats we need — in-product, social cutdowns, ads

What we're looking for

• 5+ years across 3D animation and motion graphics, with both strongly represented in your reel — this matters more than anything else on this list

• Real 3D animation ability, not just static renders: Cinema 4D or Blender — modelling, lighting, shading, camera work, keyframe and character animation, rendering (Redshift, Octane, Cycles or equivalent)

• Strong After Effects, including 3D comp and integration; Premiere Pro; Figma or equivalent for reading design files

• A genuine sense of pacing and restraint — clear beats flashy

• Fast, high-volume output without quality slipping

• Interest in AI creative tools; hands-on experience with them is a real advantage

• Fluent English

• Based in the UAE, or ready to relocate
