As a Multi Cuisine Sous Chef, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Executive Chef in designing menus, overseeing food preparation, and managing the kitchen operations. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for culinary excellence will contribute to the success of our client's establishment.

Requirements
 

• 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine environment, preferably in a luxury setting
• Proficiency in various cuisines including Asian, European, Middle Eastern, and other international favorites
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the culinary team
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and menu planning
• Passion for creating exceptional dishes and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
