Description:

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Developer to lead the technical development, customization, and optimization of our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. The role demands an expert in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, RESTlets, and integrations with third-party systems. You will be instrumental in architecting scalable ERP solutions to support business functions including finance, supply chain, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript (2.x preferred).
• Manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (e.g., Salesforce, payment gateways, custom portals).
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
• Optimize NetSuite configurations for performance, scalability, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain SuiteFlows, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, sales, and external consultants.
• Conduct code reviews, deployment planning, and QA to ensure stable, high-performance environments.

· Should be well versed with NetSuite products/modules along with in-depth knowledge on one or many of the following business processes. Finance & Accounting / SCM / CRM Service Management / Real Estate/ Trading/Manufacturing

· Should have implemented or actively participated in at least 05 NetSuite implementation projects

· A good understanding of Workflow, Data (base) Structure, Custom Fields & Records, Saved Searches, Reports & Dashboards is essential.

· Understanding on integration, customization, and other ERP implementation related principles is beneficial with covering all modules

· Process flow and configuration knowledge of all modules

· Good in process management, analysis etc. [ Automate and eliminate your manual business processes]

· Excellent analytical and Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while meeting project timelines and delivering

· Presentation and training to end user

· Effective communication (both written and oral) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

· A team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability

📚 Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· NetSuite certifications highly preferred:

o SuiteFoundation

o NetSuite Developer II

o NetSuite ERP Consultant

· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical experience.

· Experience in ERP/CRM customization in mid-to-large enterprise environments.

· Industry experience in real estate, construction, SaaS, or financial services is a plus.
