Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure routers for optimized performance.

• Activate and troubleshoot LAN ports.

• Expand and improve Wi-Fi networks, including mesh network setup and configurations.

• Provide support for Wi-Fi network expansion and optimize coverage.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.

• Deliver outstanding customer service for all network-related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Wi-Fi and network support experience in the UAE.

• Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.

• Own vehicle is preferred.
