Network Technician

RFINFO SYSTEMS, a leading provider of networking solutions, is seeking a talented and motivated Technician / Trainee to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking solutions, cabling, and IT infrastructure support, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

● Perform cable installations, terminations, and testing to ensure network connectivity and performance.

● Provide technical support to customers, addressing network issues and resolving problems efficiently.

● Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and incident reports.

● Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 2-3 years of work experience in networking solutions, cabling, and IT infrastructure support.

● Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi).

● Preferred if the candidate has completed CCNA certification

● Proficiency in cable installation, termination, and testing techniques.

● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
