Nurse Supervisor

We are actively hiring a Charge Nurse / Nurse Supervisor to join our professional team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is within the Home Healthcare sector, and the position is office-based, not bedside. We are looking for a qualified individual who is passionate about raising standards in patient care and who demonstrates a strong track record in nursing leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensuring that high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered consistently. This role requires strong organizational, team management, and communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of healthcare services.

• Monitor and enhance the quality of patient care through clinical audits and feedback.

• Conduct staff evaluations, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement.

• Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain effective communication with doctors, families, and support staff to provide holistic patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Must hold a valid DOH (Department of Health) License.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required.

• Strong background in clinical quality assurance and healthcare operations.

• Experience in home healthcare is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, training, and interpersonal skills are essential.
