A reputed Home Health Care provider in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Nurse Supervisor with a valid DHA license to oversee clinical operations and lead a team of dedicated nurses. This full-time, office-based role (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no shift work) offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment while delivering UK-level quality standards in patient care.

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organized nurse leader who can manage both patient needs and team coordination efficiently in a home-based healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that care delivery aligns with international standards and DHA regulations, while continuously improving clinical practices and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of home healthcare services.

• Conduct ongoing staff training and development, ensuring team members are up to date on best practices and protocols.

• Handle patient concerns, address care challenges, and ensure the smooth coordination of home visits and services.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with DHA guidelines and internationally recognized healthcare standards.

• Serve as the key liaison between the nursing team, patients, families, and management, ensuring transparent and empathetic communication.

• Foster a culture of professionalism, empathy, and accountability within the care team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.

• Valid DHA license (Dubai Health Authority).

• 2 to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in nursing, preferably in home healthcare.

• Strong background in staff development, training, and performance management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
