Nursing Supervisor

Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join its expanding clinical team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care within a modern aesthetic and wellness environment.

The successful candidate will oversee nursing operations, support clinical excellence, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and service delivery. Previous experience in IV Drip Therapy, longevity treatments, and aesthetic or wellness healthcare settings will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily nursing operations within the clinic

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high clinical standards

• Ensure safe and effective administration of IV Drip Therapy and related treatments

• Monitor patient care procedures and maintain compliance with DHA regulations

• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational records

• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous service improvement

Requirements:

• Valid DHA License (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in a Nursing Supervisor or senior nursing position

• Strong hands-on expertise in IV Drip Therapy and longevity treatments

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

• Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, or preventive healthcare settings preferred

• European candidates strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Clinical nursing supervision and patient care management

• DHA healthcare standards and compliance requirements

• IV therapy procedures and wellness treatment protocols

• Team leadership and healthcare operations management
