Observability Engineer

Description:

This is not a helpdesk or Level 1 support role. You will be the primary architect for our clients' monitoring ecosystems — translating complex infrastructure requirements into elegant, scalable observability frameworks. You'll meet with C-level stakeholders, design HLD/LLD documentation, lead hands-on deployments, and leave every engagement with a solution that runs at enterprise scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

✦ Architect end-to-end Observability frameworks for high-compliance Enterprise and Government environments

✦ Lead full hands-on installation and configuration of NMS & Observability platforms with high availability and secure data polling

✦ Meet with Corporate and Government clients to translate business requirements into actionable monitoring dashboards

✦ Develop custom SQL/SWQL queries, API integrations, and automation scripts (Python / PowerShell) to connect NMS data with third-party platforms

✦ Own performance tuning and system health checks for large-scale deployments of 1,000+ devices

✦ Produce Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documentation to a professional standard

WHAT YOU BRING

✦ 2–5 years of hands-on NMS/Observability implementation experience

✦ Strong command of SNMP, WMI, Streaming Telemetry, Open Telemetry, and Kernel Telemetry

✦ Proven experience producing HLD/LLD documentation for IT infrastructure projects

✦ NMS/Observability platform certification (vendor-specific or equivalent)

✦ Confident communicator-capable of engaging C-level executives and technical leads alike

✦ Willingness to travel regionally (UAE, Qatar, KSA) and internationally (India) for on-site client engagements
