Off Plan Sales Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can build, manage, train, and lead a high-performing Off Plan sales team.

You are welcome to bring your existing team of agents or build your own team before or after joining the organization.

Role Requirements for the ideal candidate:

🔹 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a minimum of 2 years in an Off Plan Sales Manager or Team Leader role.

🔹 Proven experience in training and developing real estate agents in the Dubai market

🔹 Strong ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams

🔹 Excellent understanding of Dubai’s Off Plan market and major communities

🔹 Experience working with community specialists and property consultants

🔹 Ability to bring an existing team is highly preferred

🔹 Strong leadership, recruitment, coaching, and negotiation skills

🔹 Proven track record of achieving sales targets

🔹 Highly target-driven and results-oriented from Day One

🔹 UAE driving license is mandatory
