A Minimum of 2 -5 Years of UAE Real Estate Developer Side Sales Experience is Desired!
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Update themselves with the UAE Real Estate Laws / News.
- Make sure to update themselves about the company projects, both current and future projects.
- Research, prospecting, obtaining leads and developing new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
- Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale etc
- Regularly update the leads received through management to the CRM
- Developing new business connections for the company by signing Agency Agreements with both U.A.E. local and international real estate agencies, as well as individual agents
- Negotiating terms of and signing Exclusive Territory Agreements with international real estate agencies in order to achieve e maximum possible performance in terms of sales
- Responsible for negotiation of rates with prospective clients for closing the deal, considering the rates decided by the management.
- Collect all the necessary documents of the buyer as required by the company.
- Organize and consolidate sales leads through sources such as customer response cells, referrals, exhibitions, Roadshows and Real estate Agents etc
- Organizing international road shows in order to promote the company’s product and develop new markets
- Provide inputs to Marketing on sales activities, organizing events, specific promotional activity, On-site Branding, and strategies of competition present in respective micro-markets.
- Ensure all daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports are generated and sent to the Department Head as advised.
