We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator with hands-on sales experience to support our business setup services team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who understands company formation processes, can handle client communication, and supports daily office operations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with business setup enquiries and process administrative paperwork related to company formation.
  • Support sales-related activities including client follow-ups, preparing proposals, and maintaining client records.
  • Manage general office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in preparing reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business setup services or related administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration practices.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage client-facing tasks professionally and maintain confidentiality.
