Office Administrator

 

Description:

We are currently seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our Dubai office at Dubai Silicon Oasis who can join immediately. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day administrative activities in the company. This position would require the candidate to be an energetic individual with good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

⏹ Answer and direct phone calls.

⏹ Organize and schedule appointments. Ability to plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

⏹ Prepare quotations and assist in preparing commercial proposals and documents.

⏹ Maintain expense reports.

⏹ Ability to process, write and distribute email correspondence effectively.

⏹ Act as the point of contact if required, internally and externally.

⏹ Liaise with various teams to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Basic Qualifications and Skills

⏹ 2-5 years of proven experience in an administrative.

⏹ Energetic persona, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog

⏹ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

⏹ Team-player with an ability to work alongside stakeholders from various departments in the company.

⏹ Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

⏹ Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

⏹ UAE Experience is preferred.

⏹ Strong skills in MS Office Suite.

⏹ Familiarity in using an ERP is a plus.
