Office Receptionist

 

Description:

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments for the drivers
  • Maintaining daily attendance for both admin and agents.
  • Providing daily attendance reports
  • Answering and directing phone calls  in a professional manner
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Ordering office supplies and research new deals and supplies
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Working hand to hand with the administration department
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Supporting Administrative duties.
  • Welcoming clients
  • Assisting with any other duties that will be assigned by senior management
  • Assisting with replacements for the administration team that are taking their annual or sick leave
  • Providing general support to visitors.

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or Customer Service or Flight Attendant Role
  • Western Nationality ONLY
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional and friendly attitude.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service background of advantage
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
