What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored property solutions.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate trends and market insights.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings (virtual or on-site).
• Negotiate deals and close successful transactions.
• Prepare contracts, manage documentation, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Represent Real Tree Properties at events, roadshows, and community engagements.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and uphold compliance standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum One year of UAE real estate experience.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven.
