Onboarding Specialist

Connect Resources is recruiting an Onboarding Specialist / Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end onboarding process for large cohorts of hired workers, ensuring paperwork is complete, compliance requirements are met, and administrative tasks are handled smoothly so operations can run without interruption.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling bulk recruitment/onboarding of unskilled workers within a manpower supply, outsourcing, or similar HR services environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping, coordination of documentation, and reliable follow-up.
• Good awareness of UAE labor laws and compliance procedures, including familiarity with visa/work-permit processes and statutory obligations.
