Onsite Oil Change Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Onsite Oil Change Technician to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver onsite assistance to clients, focusing on oil changes and addressing battery issues as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in oil change procedures, possess excellent communication skills, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide onsite assistance to clients with oil changes and battery issues.

● Replace the oil and filters of the vehicles.

● Identify and inform customers of any potential issues or areas requiring attention.

● Ensure that the client's vehicle is safe to operate before leaving the site.

● Educate clients on proper oil change checkups and care.

● Maintain accurate records of oil change service provided.

● Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

● Maintain and clean equipment used on the job

● Meet performance goals and targets

● Prepare service reports, and invoices, and collect payments from customers as needed

Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Proven experience in replacing oil.

● Familiarity with all types of cars.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record

● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
