Operation Officer
Mada Capital, a leading financial services company regulated by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), is seeking a highly motivated Operation Officer to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Settlement and follow-up of securities and treasury transactions.
- Reconciliation of cash and custody accounts.
- Prepare and deliver client reporting, including transaction confirmations and account statements.
- Manage client account opening and maintenance, including updates to accounts, security schedules, and daily price databases.
- Cash management.
- Assist in preparing departmental performance schedules on a periodic basis.
- Contribute to the calculation and verification of Fund Net Asset Values (NAV).
- Monitor portfolios to ensure adherence to investment guidelines.
- Provide operational support to other departments such as Relationship Management (RM) and Accounting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the financial services or asset management sector.
- Good background in investment management operations.
- Good understanding of fund accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
