We’re Hiring: Operations Assistant – Shipping (Tankers) | Fujairah, UAE 🚢

A well-established shipping company based in Fujairah, UAE, operating oil and chemical tankers, is seeking a female Operations Assistant to support our daily vessel operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors in Marine, Accounts, Logistics, or any relevant field.
• Good communication and verbal skills.
• Previous experience in the marine industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations of all vessels.
• Coordinate and follow up on various operational requirements of vessels.
• Ensure vessel operational records are accurately filled and promptly sent ashore.
• Maintain systematic filing within the Operations Department.
