Operations Associate

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Setup & Free Zone Operations Associate to join our team. This role will support the delivery of business setup services in the UAE, including researching new free zones, preparing applications, and coordinating visa processes.

You will work closely with our consultants and clients to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze new UAE free zones, licensing categories, and incentives.
• Prepare and submit applications for free zone and mainland company formation.
• Coordinate with free zone authorities and government departments for approvals.
• Assist in processing investor, employee, and dependent visa applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of client cases.
• Support compliance and reporting requirements as needed.
• Provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders on application status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or PRO services (preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE free zones and licensing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
