Operations & Business Development Manager

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Operations & Business Development Manager to lead our manpower supply operations and expand our client network.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manpower deployment and operational coordination
• Identify and connect with reputable companies in need of manpower
• Build long-term business relationships with contractors, facility management firms, and construction companies
• Ensure timely placement of workers and smooth project execution
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for effective workforce management
• Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business development, or client servicing (preferably in manpower supply or facilities management)
• Must have existing contacts or networks in the industry to help place workers
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
