Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing manpower supply team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who has strong coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing workforce operations in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will oversee employee accommodation, coordinate daily operational activities, address staff concerns, and serve as a key link between employees, clients, and the HR team. Company accommodation and visa will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company staff accommodation and support employee welfare initiatives.

• Coordinate daily activities with the Accommodation and Transportation Managers.

• Respond to staff salary-related inquiries and resolve operational concerns.

• Act as the main point of contact between employees, clients, and the HR team.

• Coordinate staff deployment, attendance, and day-to-day workforce operations.

• Address employee concerns and help ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Camp Management, HR Coordination, or Manpower Supply.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing employees from diverse nationalities. 

Self-Help& Motivational

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to stay at company accommodation when required.
