Operations Coordinator

Description:

Genesis Chemical Tank Containers LLC is seeking an experienced and organized Operations Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in NVOCC operations who can efficiently coordinate shipping activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

The successful candidate will work closely with shipping lines, customers, transport providers, depots, and overseas agents to oversee shipment execution, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily NVOCC operational activities to ensure efficient shipment handling.

• Liaise with shipping lines, customers, transporters, depots, and overseas agents.

• Prepare, manage, and maintain export and import shipping documentation.

• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely execution of operational milestones.

• Coordinate container operations and maintain accurate shipment records.

• Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth logistics operations.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NVOCC operations (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of export and import documentation.

• Experience coordinating container operations and shipping line activities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
