Description:

Gateway Gulf Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations & Documentation Coordinator to manage vehicle documentation processes in compliance with AD NOC standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle documentation, coordination, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process vehicle gate passes and access permits for AD NOC onshore and offshore sites
• Handle all AD  NOC documentation requirements, including vehicle registration, insurance, driver licenses, training certificates, and compliance records
• Ensure all vehicles meet AD NOC technical, safety, and branding standards before entering sites
• Monitor expiry dates for vehicle passes and related documents, initiating timely renewals
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HSE, logistics, PRO) to collect necessary approvals and supporting documents
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE laws, AD  NOC regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with AD  NOC standards
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and work under pressure
